Since Improve Everywhere's inception of the No Pants Subway Ride in New York City in 2002, the concept of riding public transit sans pants on a once-a-year basis has rather bizarrely caught on in cities all across the nation. For years now, it's been going down here in Dallas, too. And with the 2016 version going down this past Sunday, we figured it was time we saw what the fuss was about for ourselves.
