Before Prepping For Its Move To Deep Ellum In The Coming Weeks, DJ Blake Ward Threw One Final Edition Of His Recurring Glamorama Party At The Old Henderson Ave Spot.

As a former contributor of ours once wrote, “Beauty Bar…is where you get an intersection of culture. It’s posh, it’s hood, it’s bougie, it privileged and it’s a collection of most every other adjective we can use to categorize people. But, most importantly, it’s turnt up.”
But it won’t be any of those things moving forward – at least not at the Henderson Avenue address where it’s been located for the past nine years. The popular dance club will try to recreate those vibes anew once it moves to its new Deep Ellum home, where it’ll sit next door to the Texas country venue Blue Light.

Before focusing on its big move, however, its rotation of regular DJs held court over a final week of parties, including DJ Blake Ward’s last-ever Glamorama on Henderson. That Saturday party also doubled as the venue’s last-ever party period.
