Welcome to Look At This Fucking Dish, our recurring feature highlighting the craziest, prettiest and most decadent dishes found in and around Dallas. It’s pretty much exactly what it sounds like. Don’t question it. Just enjoy the food porn and remember to wipe the drool from your mouth.

Bust out the fire emojis, ’cause the s’mores panwaffle at Pazzo is lit on a whole other level, y’all.

Oh, and we mean that literally, by the way: This dish has customers putting actual fire to use as they indulge in one of the crazier brunch dessert options we’ve yet seen around Dallas.

So what all does it entail? Well, it’s pretty much exactly what it sounds like, featuring two giant panwaffles — yes, that’s a blend between a waffle and a pancake, for the uninitiated — that are served up with gobs of melted marshmallow fluff, chocolate and graham crackers sandwiched in between them. It’s then cut into fourths — purportedly for sharing purposes, although, hey, we’re not judging.

Now, here’s the crazy part: When it’s brought out, a server lights a tiny tableside fire pit by your table so you can then light those babies up to the crispiness of your choosing, with sticks provided to keep you from burning your fingers and a few extra marshmallows thrown in so you can even further customize this decadent treat to your liking.

Per Pazzo GM Blake Swisher, a rendition of s’mores has been on the menu since the spot opened back in January, but the critical idea of adding a tiny campfire — complete with real wood chips — is a newer addition to the package.

It’s a perfect fit for the Pazzo brand, really. Oh, you didn’t know that “pazzo” meant “crazy” in Italian? Well, you do now. And, soon enough, so will everyone else digging through your Instagram feed, we’re sure.
