Celebrate Mardi Gras, Eat Real Cheap or Take a Trip to the Moon.

It's a quiet Monday for sure, but it comes at a pretty optimum time. Half-price pizza at Bryan Street Tavern
Last week, we discovered that the folks over at Bryan Street Tavern make one hell of a thin crust pie. Mondays make a great night to see for yourselves what we mean as that's the night when Bryan Street offers up its pies for half-off.

A Trip to the Moon at Texas Theatre
The 1902 film took over a decade to restore, a process making it the most technically-sophisticated and expensive ever. The updated version is presented here with an updated soundtrack by the French band Air, and will be followed by a screening of The Extraordinary Voyage, a documentary chronicling Moon's arduous restoration process.
