Have a Little Pryde, For Crying Out Loud.

What a week it's been.

After an unseasonably mild start to the summer, things have finally begun to heat up with a string of 100-degree days. On top of that, the state legislature passed its controversial abortion bill as well. And then, as if things weren't tense enough, there was the verdict in the George Zimmerman trial.

It would probably sound a little callous for us tell you not to worry about these things or that everything's somehow going to be OK. We can''t guarantee that.

But while you're busy trying to simultaneously forget about injustices and hardships and trying to plan out your schedule this week, there's a least one thing to we can all take solace in: Hey, at least we don't live in Florida.
