Earlier this week, my Central Track podcast colleague Rodney Blu interviewed Arthur Muhammad, the director of the new film Carter High, which tells on film the story of the 1988 Carter Cowboys football team, which still stands today as one of the All-Time Sports Tales in Dallas history.

Now here I come, joined by my KTCK 1310-AM The Ticket colleague Donovan Lewis, to discuss the film in greater depth and the moral and social circumstances surrounding the film — fitting, as Donovan has some recollections about those times himself.

It’s a quality episode. Listen in!
