Bella Is On Team Edward.

Each week, we team up with our friends at The Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals of Texas (SPCA of Texas) to showcase a different animal that's in need of a loving home. We'll check out the animal, learn about its personality, do a short “interview,” take some cute pictures and report back to you on our findings. If any of the animals shown are to your liking, remember: They need loving homes free from abuse. If that sounds like your home, help them out.

This week, we met up with Bella, a three-year-old Labrador mix. She's currently up for adoption at the SPCA of Texas (2400 Lone Star Drive; 214-742-7722).

Bella, I must say, you're a very pretty dog.
I would normally thank you for that, but I'm sure you're just trying to make me feel better about my withering appearance now that… he… is gone.

Oh, my! I'm so sorry. I didn't know you had recently lost somebody.
Well, you could say that he lost me. I was a fool to even fall in love with a man like him.

Don't get so down on yourself. It probably wasn't your fault.-
No, it is my fault! I should never have fallen in love with a vampire!

Wait, excuse me?
…and now he has run off with some woman with my same name! My beauty is fleeting and I shall never find another man like him, ever!

Look, after we're done with this interview, I am going to explain how you fit Stephanie Meyer's demographic perfectly. But first: Do you have any positive things to say about your personality?
I'm dramatic, clearly. And deeply caring.
