Come On and Help Us Celebrate Our One-Year Anniversary!

Just about a year ago, we officially kicked off this little Central Track venture with stars in our eyes and booze in our system, all in hopes of bringing a little something new and different to the Dallas media landscape.

Eleven and a half months later, we like to think we've accomplished at least that much. Over the course of our almost one-year run here in town, we've posted almost 2,000 stories and garnered almost a million pageviews, and, we hope, fully established the site as your go-to source for all things awesome happening in Dallas.

So, yeah, thanks to your support, we have plenty to celebrate. And, on Saturday, February 9, we plan to do just that.

On that night, starting at 10 p.m., we'll be returning to Sundown at Granada, the place where we hosted our launch party back in February 2012, for an all-out bash celebrating the fact that, well, we've at least made it this far.

This free-to-attend, 21-and-up, one-year anniversary celebration promises to be a hell of a time, too. We'll hosting performances from some friends of the show — A.Dd+, Larry g(EE) and The Roomsounds will all play — and we'll also have a photo booth, a merch spot so you can buy yourself one of our Dallas Neighborhood Project tees and, thanks to our dear friends at Jameson Irish Whiskey, we'll have a free drink for everyone that shows (while supplies last).

RSVP to our Facebook event page to stay up-to-date on all the latest information about the party as it comes. And then, well, I guess we'll see you on the 9th!

This is gonna be a fun one, y'all.
