Bounce Back with Scott Weiland at the House of Blues.

Are you one of the thousands that changed their Facebook profile picture to show some support for the two landmark cases that the Supreme Court is currently hearing? Good for you.

One question, though: Do you even know what's going on with these cases? It's a fair question. Social media's weird like that; people jump on bandwagons without knowing what they're supporting.

Anyway, we just hope you're educating yourself. That's all we're saying.

After you do so, maybe head on out and continue spreading the message of love while enjoying one of the many events going on in the region tonight?

Scott Weiland at the House of Blues
Bouncing back from publicly — and apparently unbeknownst to him — being fired as the front man of Stone Temple Pilots last month, Scott Weiland has hit the road on his own, with his backing band the Wildabouts. Tonight's performance promises to have a heavy STP offering, with songs from the Core and Purple albums scattered throughout his set.

Dallas Comedy Festival at the Dallas Comedy House
This festival, which kicked off last night, continues to bring the laughs tonight with a round of local and nationally recognized stand-up comedians. Additionally, the Comedy House will present an “On the Spot” comedy challenge where comedians are asked to create an entirely new set based on never-before-seen topics.

Dallas' Big Celebration at Victory Park
Dallas is so awesome someone decided to throw a huge party just to celebrate all things Big D. This family-friendly event promises food, giveaways and tunes from Professor D and Vocal Trash. Oh, and the Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders will be on hand to help kick start the celebration. Just don't expect a flash mob; organizers of the event nipped that idea in the bud so that the kids in attendance wouldn't be scared.

The O's, Frisky Disco and Sealion at Lola's Saloon
The kind folks over at Prekindle present a night of free and awesome music out in Fort Worth tonight. While you're out there, ask Sealion about Siouxsie the Vanshee.

Paul Slavens and Friends at Dan's Silverleaf
Radio host and bandleader extraordinaire will bring his musical stylings to Denton tonight. Buy him a drink and ask him to make up a song for you on the spot. He totally will.

20 Years of Wu-Tang at Zubar
DJs Sober and Niro join producer/emcee Picnictyme at Zubar tonight to celebrate all things Wu.
