Rahim Finds His Own Comfort.
Name: Rahim Quazi.
Occupation: “I write songs and work with special ed kids.”
Found: The Bomb Factory.
Describe your style. “European street.”
What are you wearing? “I got a Stetson bought in Davenport, Iowa. I got a leather jacket from the '70s from Ahab Bowen, which is now closed. Then I've got a wool scarf from good ol' Banana Republic. I got a vintage button up from Goodwill, too. My white shirt is from H&M. The jeans are Levi's. The shoes? Some black Converse All-Stars. This ring I got at a vintage store in Colorado.”
Where do you get your sense of inspiration? “Mainly from heartbreaks. You love with all of your heart, and you lose it. And in that gap is where music comes from. My style is where I find my own comfort.”
