Because You've Been Drunk For Three Days Straight.

Situation: You're coming off of a three-day holiday weekend and your body hates you. The amount of alcohol and junk food you have consumed in those 72 hours alone is more than you've had in the past month combined, and you're feeling it.
Feelings: Exhausted, slothful, worn out.
Goal: To get some good food in your body so you can get through this week and be ready for the next weekend.

If you're like us, you spent this long weekend going a little too hard and making some pretty bad decisions along the way.

Well, now it's time to recharged your batteries. You're going to want to make something easy to eat — and something a little more nutritious than your most recent food decisions. A nice little bean and feta tostada should do the trick.

Ingredients: tostada shells (can be found at your local grocer near the tortillas), pinto beans, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes or pico de gallo, crumbled feta cheese and sour cream.

Directions:
1. Warm up beans in microwave.
2. Spread the beans on top of the tostada shell, then sprinkle on beans, lettuce, tomatoes, feta cheese and sour cream to taste.
3. Enjoy with a big glass of water because you're probably a little dehydrated, and hydration is super important.

This recipe is literally that easy to make. So put in a little effort and drink a lot of water. You'll be feeling great in no time!
