Scenes From The 2013 Meltdown Music Festival.

A last-minute change in venue wasn't going to deter the EDM-craving masses on Saturday. It just wasn't going to happen.

The crowds were too intent to go nuts to performances from Flux Pavilion, 12th Planet, Adventure Club, Bro Safari and a DJ set from Justice, who represented some of the bigger names on this all-day bill. They didn't care that, just one day before it was set to take place, the festival got moved from Grand Prairie's QuikTrip Park to Fort Worth's LaGrave Field.

What's the difference between one minor league baseball stadium and another? There isn't one — not when neon colors, faux furs and bass drops are at the forefront of the mind, at least.

And those were very much the focus of Saturday's loud and sweaty affair, which served to once again hammer home the notion that Dallas really is becoming something of an international EDM destination these days, at least so far as events like this one go.
