Get Grooving To A New, Exclusive Mix From Shuttle.

For coming up on two years now, Nate Donmoyer's called Dallas home. He just hasn't always been here throughout that stretch is all, given his “day job.”

Still, when not touring as the drummer for Passion Pit, the formerly Boston- and New Orleans-based producer has managed to make something of a strong name for himself around these parts. In addition to popping up on various DJ bills at at loft parties and clubs like Beauty Bar when his schedule has allowed, he's also recently set up shop in a new, Deep Ellum studio space, where he's already begun collaborations with such notable names as Spank Rock and Major Lazer.

And, in the coming months, the man behind the Shuttle stage name expects to become even more of a fixture in the nightlife scene around town — starting, first and foremost, with an ambitious bash set to go down tonight at Ku De Ta.

As Shuttle pairs up with area fixture DJ Blake Ward to go in on the sound system at the Ross Avenue pool club, the team behind the new-ish, east-of-Deep Ellum gallery That That are planning to visually transform the lounge-y space with a slew of interactive art installations. Alongside Ward's always eclectic offerings and Shuttle's Ninja Tune-backed brand of club-infused electronic tastes, it should make for a pretty trippy time. Or, as Donmoyer tells us, that's at least the idea.

“There are a lot of gaps in the floor of Dallas,” he says. “That That aims to fill some in.”

In advance of tonight's event — and that expected increased Dallas-area profile from Shuttle in the coming months — Donmoyer was kind enough to pass along to us a new, exclusive mix so area partiers can get a better feel for his wide-ranging sound.

“This quick 40-minute trip goes from in and out of the stranger shade of club tracks I am playing out these days,” he explains.

Ger 'er a listen below to get your mind right for tonight's party. Then prep yourself to hear more from Shuttle in the near future. Because that's gonna happen.
