Learn how the brain processes information that leads people to find things funny. Explore applying the science and math of cognition to performance to result in successful comedic performance in any discipline of the performing arts as well as in writing and devised creation. Designed for all young actors and performers grade school-18 years old.

Award winning actor, director and playwright, Jeff Swearingen, widely known not only for his own comedic skills but for teaching and directing young actors to critical acclaim in comedic stage productions at Fun House Theatre and FIlm conducts this workshop comprised of some of the most unique curriculum being taught to young actors ( and other performers) today.

If you believe some performers are just naturally funny and some aren’t, you are 100% wrong! Anyone can achieve success in comedic performance and this workshop will explain why and how.
