Oh, No! Your Car Won't Start?

Situation: You're running late, you rush outside, you jump in your car and — oh crap — it won't start. Ugh. Of course it won't.
Feelings: Frustrated, annoyed, mad.
Goal: Calm down a bit! Get inside, make yourself something delicious and chill in your comfortable, air conditioned house while you wait for the tow truck to arrive.

Car trouble is the worst. It's expensive and a total hassle.

The last thing you want to do now is spend a lot of time and drop some serious cash in your kitchen.

Enter chocolate oatmeal drop cookies. They're low maintenance, they involve absolute no bake time, and they can cool your jets in an instant.

Ingredients: 2 cups sugar, 1/2 cup cocoa, 1 stick butter, 1/2 cup milk, 1 tsp vanilla, 3 cups quick-cooking oatmeal and 1/2 cup peanut butter.

Directions:
1. Combine sugar, cocoa, butter and milk in saucepan.
2. Bring to boil over medium heat for one minute.
3. Remove from heat.
4. Stir in peanut butter, vanilla and oatmeal.
5. Drop by spoonful onto wax paper.
6. Let cool for 30 minutes.
7. Enjoy!

With any luck, your car will be fixed by Friday so you can put your pre-ordered tickets to The Dark Knight Rises to good use, you nerd.
